Eating Cookies For Breakfast

It was like 

Eating cookies for breakfast 

Quickly wildly fantastically enjoyable 

And then I paused 

And I clutched at my stomach 

And I wanted to rip my insides out 

And I felt a little used 

And upset 

Because what instant gratification 

And what awful punishment 

And what stupidity 

To ignore logical impending sickness 

For a second of sweetness 

Never eating cookies for breakfast again.
